- Go to the the Main tab of the Incident manager object settings panel.
- In the Interfaces for escalation list (1) Incident servers window, set the checkboxes opposite other Incident manager objects to which the operator can escalate events.
In the Data server field (2), enter the address of the server to which the data about the operator's actions in the Incident manager should be sent.
Set the Allow closing without processing checkbox (3) to enable the operator to close the events in the Incident manager without processing themnext to those Incident server and Incident handler objects, the events and processing logic from which will be displayed in the interface (1) (see Configuring Incident server and Incident handler).Note title Attention! This feature is not available in the current Intellect version.
- If necessary, set a hotkey, using which the operator can start processing the event. To do this, place the mouse cursor in the "In work" hotkey field (42) and press the required key or key combination on the keyboard.
- From the Map drop-down list (53), select the previously created Map object, which will be linked with the Incident manager. The operator can make the object with the event be highlighted on the map.
- From the Video drop-down list (64), select a video display mode:
- ActiveX - archive and live video will open in a separate window.
- Monitor - archive and live video will open on the selected Surveillance Monitor. In this case, the Surveillance Monitor will operate in the Active camera mode, regardless of the corresponding setting - see Configuring the display mode for of camera boxeswindows.
- In the Number Maximum number of columnsonline events field (75), set the maximum number of columns required to display the event processing logic. The events that can be simultaneously displayed in the interface. The default is 10 (minimum value), the maximum value is 1005000.
In the Column width field (8), set the width of the columns for the event processing logic display. The width is set in pixels or as a percentage of the entire width of the Incident manager interface. Percentage values should be set in fractions of 1, for example, 0.25. If a value greater than 1 is specified, then it will be taken in pixels. The default column width is 150 pixels.
Click the Apply button (9)Info title Example Specified settings: Number of columns - 4, Column width - 100, 300, 300, 100.
Event processing logic display:
- Click the Apply button (6).
