In order to display a generate a report by the number of goods with specific action, do the following:

1. Select  the Report by the number of goods with specific action  in one way (see Selecting a type of general POS PSIM report section).

2. Select the cashiers by whom the report will be generated by checking setting the corresponding boxes checkboxes in the Cashiers list (1).

   This field is mandatory: the report will not be generated if no value is selected. If you try to generate a report, a warning message will alert you that you should select at least one value from the list.

   
   

3. To use the search when selecting cashiers, in the search field (2) start entering the cashier's last name. The search works starting from the first character. The results will be highlighted in a different color. Click All to select all found/available cashiers. Click None to deselect. Click Show all to expand the cashiers structure. Click Hide all to hide the cashiers structure.

4. From the Action drop-down list (23), select the required cashier action.From

5. In the Goods drop-down list (3 field (4), select a specific productenter a substring of the goods name to search for the goods, the action on which should be displayed in the report. You can also enter a substring of the product name to build a report on all goods, the names of which contain this substring.

   When you click the Goods field, the No results found message is displayed. The message will disappear when you enter the name of the goods.

   
   

6. Set the Add filter by the number of products in the check checkbox (4) if it is necessary to set a filter by the minimum quantity of products in a receipt. When this checkbox is set, the field In the Number of items in check more than field (5) will be displayed; in this field, enter the corresponding value.Set the Add filter by price range checkbox (6) if it is necessary to set filter by the minimum and maximum prices of products in a receipt. When this checkbox is set, minimum number of this item in a check.
7. In the Price range field (7) will be displayed; in this field6), enter the corresponding valuesminimum and maximum price values for the item in the from and to fields.

8. From the Period drop-down list (87), select the time period for which the report is to should be created.

   Custom period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to be created in the from and to fields using the Calendar tool. Click

   the

9. Click the Execute button (9). As a result, .
