LPs with a specific domain or export a list of LPs to a CSV file.

Synchronizing a list of LPs with the domain

To synchronize a list of LPs with the domainTo export a list of vehicle numbers to a file in CSV format, do the following:

1. Select a list of vehicle numbers and click the Image Removed button.

2. Click Export to csv.

Export of a list of vehicle numbers to a file in CSV format is complete. The file will display the list of the list of vehicle numbers with comments.

Sharing a list of vehicle numbers with other users

To share a list of vehicle numbers with other users, do the following:

1. Select a list of vehicle numbers and click the Image Removed button.

2. Click Share.

3. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the list with.
   Image Removed
4. Select the user access level to the list of vehicle numbers:
   1. View—the user can only view the list.
   2. View+Add—the user can view, add numbers and comments to the list.
   3. Full—the user can view, add, edit and delete numbers, comments and a list of vehicle numbers.
5. Click the SHARE button.

The specified user now has access to the list of vehicle numbers.

To unshare access to the list, do the following:

1. Clear the Shared checkbox.
2. Click the APPLY button.

1. Configure a license plate recognition detection tool with the Check in lists parameter enabled (see Checking in lists of LPs). 
2. On the LPs tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Share.

3. In the window that opens, click the ADD button.

4. Select a domain and/or a group of domains with which you want to synchronize a list of LPs.

5. Click the APPLY button.

A list of LPs is synchronized with the selected domain and is available to all users in the domain.

To cancel synchronization of the domain with a list of LPs, do the following:

1. Set the checkbox next to the domain.
2. Click the Image Added button in the top right corner.
3. In the Are you sure you want to delete this record? window, click the YES button. 

A list of LPs for the selected domain is unavailable. 

Exporting a list of LPs to a CSV file 

To export a list of LPs to a CSV file, on the LPs tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Export to csv.

Export of a list of LPs to a CSV file is complete. The file displays a list of LPs with commentsThe selected user will lose access to the list.
