The E-mail notifier object is used to configure the electronic messages, which then can be sent to the user when a macro or an automatic rule is triggered.

Creating the E-mail notifier object

To create the E-mail notifier object, do the following:

1. In the list of devices, click Create and select Email notifier.

2. Click the Apply button.

The E-mail notifier object will appear in the list of devices.

Configuring the E-mail notifier object

To configure the E-mail notifier object, do the following:

이메일 알림 객체 구성

이메일 알림 객체를 구성하려면 다음과 같이 하세요.

1. 장치 목록에서 구성할 이메일 알림 객체를 선택합니다 (1).

2. 활성화 목록에서 예를 선택하여 이메일 알림 객체를 활성화합니다 (2).
3. 이름 필드(3)에 이메일 알림 객체의 이름을 입력합니다.

4. 이메일 알림을 전송할 모드를 선택합니다: AxxonNet을 통해 또는 지정된 SMTP 서버를 통해

6. Activate the Email notifier object by selecting Yes in the Enable list (2).
7. In the Name field (3) enter the required name of the E-mail notifier object.

8. Select the mode for sending the E-mail notifications: through AxxonNet or through the specified SMTP Server (4).

   To send notifications through AxxonNet, you should connect to it (see AxxonNet을 통해 알림을 전송하려면 AxxonNet에 연결되어 있어야 합니다 (Configuring a domain in AxxonNet 참조). AxxonNethas a limit of 10 messages a day을 통한 메시지는 하루 최대 10건으로 제한됩니다.

9. Configure the SMTP Server, if this mode was selected (5):

   1. In the Outgoing mail server field, enter the outgoing E-mail SMTP Server.
   2. In the Password field, enter the password of the user account on the outgoing E-mail Server.
   3. In the Port field, enter the number of the port used by the outgoing E-mail Server.

   4. In the SSL certificate field, specify the path to the SSL certificate file, if you use this protocol. If no certificate is specified, but the Use SSL parameter is enabled, then the E-mail Server certificate will be used.

   5. If you need to use SSL-encrypted connection when connecting to the outgoing E-mail Server, select Yes from the Use SSL list.
   6. In the Name field, enter the name of the user account used to send messages on the outgoing E-mail Server.

10. AxxonNet을 통한 메시지는 1분 이내에 전송됩니다.

    
    

11. SMTP 서버를 사용하는 경우, 다음을 구성하세요 (5).

    1. 발신 메일 서버 필드에 SMTP 서버 주소를 입력합니다.
    2. 비밀번호 필드에 발신 이메일 서버 사용자 계정의 비밀번호를 입력합니다.

    3. 포트 필드에 발신 이메일 서버에서 사용하는 포트 번호를 입력합니다.

    4. SSL 인증서 필드에 SSL 인증서 파일 경로를 입력합니다. 이 프로토콜을 사용하는 경우만 해당됩니다. 인증서를 지정하지 않았더라도 SSL 사용 설정이 활성화되어 있다면 이메일 서버의 인증서가 사용됩니다.

    5. SSL 암호화 연결을 사용해야 하는 경우, SSL 사용 목록에서 예를 선택합니다.

    6. 이름 필드에 이메일 발신자로 사용할 사용자 계정 이름을 입력합니다.

12. 보내는 사람 필드에 이메일이 발송될 발신 이메일 주소를 입력합니다 In the From field, enter the E-mail address from which the messages will be sent (6).

    When using email notification, E-mail Servers may disable the user account or deny authentication in some cases. We recommend you to disable all security parameters in your email account beforehand이메일 알림 사용 시, 이메일 서버에서 사용자 계정을 비활성화하거나 인증을 거부할 수 있습니다. 사전에 이메일 계정의 보안 설정을 비활성화할 것을 권장합니다.

    
    

13. In the Recipients field (7), enter one or several E-mail addresses to which messages will be sent.

14. Click the Apply button.

Configuration of the E-mail notifier object is now complete.

Checking E-mail notification

To check the E-mail notification from the Email notifier object, send a test message by clicking the Test button.

When you do this, the following message will be sent to the E-mail address specified in the Recipients field: "Test message".
