action - command name (degreesmove2). Depending on camera, registry keys may have to be set for correct operation:

Thecamera does not support Point&Click but supports absolute PTZ. Set the ReplacePointAndClick registry key to 1 (see Registry keys reference guide).
Thecamera supports Point&Click. Set the ReplacePointAndClick registry key to 0 and TelemetryCommandMoveTimeout to delay in milliseconds between panning/tilting and zooming (see Registry keys reference guide).

x - PAN rotation [-7..0..7].
