Frame colors of camera number and Surveillance window

This section describes the default parameters of the color indication of the video surveillance Surveillance window border. They can be changed during the system configuration - —see Configuring Viewing tile surveillance window frame color. |
The colour color of the video surveillance Surveillance window border indicates the current camera status.

Red | Camera is armed, alarm event occurred on camera. OR Camera is disarmed, but one ore or more auxiliary zones detection areas are configured as alarmed and an alarm event is detected on in them – —see also also Indication of detection tool status. |
The colour color of the camera number indicator border in the surveillance Surveillance window indicates the current status of the video recording from the camera.

The combinations of the video surveillance Surveillance window border colour color and the colour color of the camera number border are described in the following table.

Red | Red | Alarm event occurred on the camera or in the alarmed detection zone, video area. Video recording is started by an alarm event, or the recording, started by Operator's command before the alarm event, goes on,continues |

Yellow | Red | Camera is armed, recording by Operator's command or post-alarm recording is done. |
Green | Green | Camera is disarmed, no video recording is performed |

If the auxiliary camera detector zone has been armed or disarmed, the border around the video surveillance Surveillance window retains its colourcolor, but after an alarm event in the auxiliary zone the Surveillance window border becomes red. So, there is no indication of auxiliary detector zone arming and disarming for the camera by the frame of the Video Surveillance Windowwindow. See also also Indication of detection tool status. |
Icons next to the camera number
The icon of video absence 
appears under signal absence appears below the icon of "video camera number" only when there is no video signal. It can be in two cases: video camera is not connected or there is camera restart.

The last video frame or blue screen (depending on the video capture card) is displayed in the Video surveillance Surveillance window if there is no video signal. |
The icon of the selected disk absence absence 
appears over above the icon of "video camera number" only when if disk for archive saving storing is not selected (see Selecting the disks for video archive storage).
The icon of the overloaded disk 
appears above the icon of "video camera number" if there are frames skipped during archive recording (it means, the FRAME_SKIPPED events are received, see CAM Camera). You can enable the indication of frames skipping with the ShowFrameSkippedStatus key, see Registry keys reference guide.
When incorrect camera type is given, the icon of disconnect with the camera camera 
appears over above the icon of "video camera number" and the frame of video surveillance Surveillance window becomes turns black.
