To configure the connection of the Sigur server connection to ACFA PSIM, do the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the Sigur server object.
   

2. In the Server parameters IP field (1), enter specify the IP address of the Sigur server.

   The following information is displayed in the area (2): DB version — the version of Sigur ACS database; Interface version — the version of the data exchange protocol between Sigur server and ACFA PSIM; Port — the port used for the Sigur server-ACFA PSIM connection.

3. Configure the connection to the Sigur ACS database. You can change or set the database password in the manufacturer's software (see the official reference documentation for the Sigur ACS).
   1. If you use the Sigur server version from 1.1.1.53.s to 1.6.6.42, then specify the password to access the Sigur ACS database in the DB password field (2) manually since the automatic password generation option isn't supported. 
   2. If you use the Sigur server of an earlier version than 1.1.1.53.s, and also starting with the 1.6.6.42 version, you can use the option of the automatic password to connect to the Sigur ACS database.
      1. In this case, leave the DB password field blank.
      2. In the manufacturer's software, set the Select the required action switch to the set the password (automatically) position.

      3. Make sure that the GATE protocol is activated in the Sigur license.

4. In the Username (4) and Password (5In the Synchronization (3) and Username (4) fields, enter the username and password, respectively,  used used to login to the the Sigur ACS Client software (see the official reference documentation for the Sigur ACS).

5. From the Workmode drop-down list (56), select the operation mode of the Sigur server:

   • Full capacity— configurationconfiguration, management, and monitoring are available.

   • Monitoring— only only management and monitoring are available. Also, the Synchronization and management of configuration of the Sigur ACS configuration and Configuring access cards of the Sigur user access cards will be users are unavailable.

6. Click the Apply button to save the changes (67).

The Configuring the Sigur server connection to ACFA PSIM is now configuredis complete.
