General information

You can open a layout with the specified camera.

The View camera macro uses the following algorithm:

  1. Searches for the layouts available to the current user that contain the selected camera.
  2. Selects the layout with the minimum number of cells to display the selected camera.
  3. If the required layout
  4. does not
  5. doesn't exist, creates a new layout with the selected camera.
  6. Switches to the selected layout, or the created layout.
  7. Performs
  8. Executes the specified action.

Configuring an action

To configure the View camera macro, do the following:

  1. Go to the Programming tab.
  2. In the Event rules or Cycle rules list, click Create... (see Configuring macros).
  3. Select a start condition that triggers
  4. Configure the conditions to start
  5. a macro (

  7. see Configuring start conditions).
  8. Select the camera to be displayed (1) or
  9. Click the Image Added button below start conditions.
  10. From the drop-down list, select Camera: View camera.
  11. In the Camera parameter, select a camera that you want to view or a Camera
  12. Camera
  13. that initiated command execution (see Configuring start conditions
  14. ). You can select a group of cameras for the Switch to archive mode (see step 2
  15. ).
