When the active account is changed, the following Monitoring PSIM modules are restarted:

• On Agent Of of Control — videosrv.exe;
• On Server Of of Control — videosrv.exe and loadersstv.exe;
• On Central Server Of of Control — CentralNetServer.exe.

If Monitoring PSIM is installed as a service, and the connection to the database is established using Windows credentials, then to ensure the operation on any user account other than the one who installed Monitoring PSIM, the user should have the appropriate rights to SQL serverServer.
