The logging subsystem allows configuring the detail level at which the activity of Agent Of of Control is recorded.

To configure the logging subsystem:

1. Go to the configuration panel for an Agent Of Control object.
   
2. Click the Logging subsystem... button (1).
3. In the dialog box that opens, specify the following parameters:

   1. Auxiliary characters: to log transport-level auxiliary characters, select this checkboxcheck box.
   2. Alarm events: to log alarms (activation of vibration sensor, temperature sensor, or forcible entry sensor), select this checkboxcheck box.
   3. System status: to log events related to the system state, select this checkboxcheck box.
   4. Axxon PSIM Core messages: to log messages from Axxon PSIM, select this checkboxcheck box. Information is saved in the folder to which the software was installed, in the file video.log.
   5. Archiving period (h): allows archiving the log file at the specified interval (in hours). Archives are saved in the DATA subfolder, with the following name format: namelog_yymmddhhmmss.gz, where
      1. namelog is the name of the log file being archived;
      2. yy is the year of archive creation;
      3. mm is the month of archive creation;
      4. dd is the day of archive creation;
      5. hh is the hour of archive creation;
      6. mm is the minute of archive creation;
      7. ss is the second of archive creation.
   6. File size (MB): sets the threshold size (in megabytes) for the log file after which the file is archived. This setting overrides the value in the Archiving period (h) field.
   7. Keep archives for (months): sets the length of time for which to store the log file archive, in months (between 1 and 24). Archives that are older than the specified number of months are deleted.
