Function
The video Video surveillance monitor is used for displaying and controlling surveillance windows.
Functions
The video monitor is used:
managing the Surveillance windows. The Surveillance windows display video from the specified Cameras.
The functions list
The Video surveillance monitor implements the following functions:
- Display images from the video surveillance cameras.
- Manage the surveillance modes.
- Graphically process the images from the video surveillance cameras.
- Manage video recording from the video surveillance cameras.
- Work with video archives.
- Display
- to display images from video surveillance cameras;
- to control surveillance modes;
- to graphically process images from video surveillance cameras;
- to control recording of video sequences from surveillance cameras;
- to work with video archives;
- to display video camera status data.
Interface description
The figure shows the video Video surveillance monitor interface.
The Video surveillance monitor window consists of a field for video surveillance displaying the Surveillance windows and a tools panel withthe toolbar above it with the following items:
- The buttons are used to alter change the number of surveillance the displayed Surveillance windows on the Video surveillance monitor;.
- The button is used to control the monitor layout;manage the layouts.
- The buttons are used to alter surveillance windows;switch the Surveillance windows.
- The field displays the current time /and date.
Every surveillance Surveillance window has its functions function menu to gain access to such functions as arming and disarming camerasvideo camera, image processing, functional command menus, image processing, video recording controlmanaging, frame export exporting and printing, etc.
Calling up the functions menu is performed by left clicking on the The Surveillance window can also display the Buttons for performing the specified actions when you click them:
Left click the video camera number in the surveillance window Surveillance window to display the function menu (see the figure below).
When hovering over the control elements in the Video surveillance monitor, the tooltips are displayed. The period of their display can be set using the TT_INITIAL and TT_AUTOPOP registry keys (see Registry keys reference guide).
The keyboard shortcuts ("hotkeys") for convenient Video surveillance monitor and Surveillance Hotkeys for convenient monitor and surveillance windows operation are listed in the table.
