To build a report, select its type Faces lists on the AxxonData main page.

To build a report, you have to configure the facial recognition tool (see Configure Facial Recognition Face detection tools), and set face lists (see Lists of facial templates Faces). |
By default, a report covers the current day. To change the reporting time interval, click the 
button 
button and select a new interval.
Select Custom to set an arbitrary time interval.

When you change the time interval, the report will be updated automatically.
The Lists of Facial Templates filter is also available. If no particular list is specified, the report will include persons from all lists created within the system.

A report may include no more than 200 persons. If the limit is exceeded within the specified time interval, the list will be truncated to 200 most recent entries.

After changing the filter, click Apply filters to update the report.
The report is displayed as a table and contains the following:
Facial image.
Info title Note The frame may be not included in the report if gapping (frame-dropping) is used for archive recording.
- Date and time of recognition.
- Recognition accuracy in per cent.
- List of persons.
- Camera name.
- Name.
- Department.
- Comment.
To return to report type selection, click the
