AxxonSoft Platform Calculator allows you to determine the following information based on input data (number of cameras, field of application, archive requirements, detection tools used, etc.):

  1. Possible platform options, number of servers and average load. A platform is a processor model or an IPDROM solution (please note that an IPDROM solution is not available in the English version of AxxonSoft Platform Calculator) or a Partner's platform model.

    The tests were conducted on platforms configured in accordance with the documentation requirements for Axxon One and Intellect and  and Axxon PSIM and with disabled Hyper-threading technology.

    The results of the hardware platform calculation can vary both upward and downward in the hardware configuration, depending on the camera model used, camera settings, image exposure. If you use additional objects, the hardware configuration can be increased.


  2. Archive size.

    The disk size data is for informational purposes only. For an accurate calculation, use the camera manufacturer's calculator. A list of known calculation programs is displayed in the Vendor's calculator drop-down list.


  3. The summary stream from IP devices, the outgoing stream and the recording stream in the video surveillance system.
