Problem with screen scaling in Windows OS
When you change the screen scaling in Windows OS, some elements of the Axxon One interface may not display correctly. To solve this problem, do the following:
- Right-click the Axxon One icon.
- In the window, select Properties → Compatibility.
- Click the Change settings for all users button.
- In the window that opens, click the Change high DPI settings button.
- In the window that opens, set the Override high DPI scaling behaviour checkbox.
- From the Scaling performed by drop-down list, select System.
- Repeat steps 2-6 for all Axxon One utilities (see Description of utilities).
As a result, the elements of the Axxon One interface will be displayed correctly when scaling is changed.
