Use QAT, system tray or short-time holding the “hot” button F8 to open System Settings and configure the Axxon PSIM software objectsYou can configure the Axxon PSIM software objects in the System Settings dialog box, which is opened using the Quick Access Toolbar, from the Windows notification area (system tray) or by briefly pressing the hot key F8.

The System Settings dialog window contains:

1. tabs panel;
2. objects tree (not present absent in the Architecture tab);
3. object settings panel tree (not present absent in the Architecture tab);
4. the Apply and Cancel buttons.

You typically configure objects as follows: create or select an the object required for configuration in the objects object tree, assign set parameter values in its on the object settings panel and then , save changes clicking using the Apply button. The Quick start Guide offers a list of objects and a brief description of their functionality. Configuring the specified interface objects is described in detail in the document titled For details on configuring objects, see Administrator's Guide.
