Server, do the following:

  1. Go to the Administration Security Administration → Security Email settings tab.
  2. In the Email address field (1) type the e-mail , enter the email address from which the auto-generated reports will be sent.
  3. In the SMTP Server field (2), enter the name of the SMTP Server.
  4. In the User field (3), enter the name of the account used for sending the messages to the SMTP Server.
  5. Specify the password of the account used for sending the messages to the SMTP Server. For this, click the Enter password link (4). In the Passwordbox field that opensappears, enter the account password.
  6. In the SMTP Server port field (5), enter the port number used by the SMTP Server.
  7. If the SSL encoding is required to connect To use an encoded SSL connection when connecting to the SMTP Server, then set the Enable SSL coding checkbox (6).
  8. If necessary, set the Add report description in mail body checkbox (7) to add the information about the report to the mail body. By default, the setting is disabled.
  9. Click the Save button (78).
