is automatically escalated. Autoescalation is performed within one

 incident manager and works if the operator has the escalation rights

Selects the element that

is displayed first for the operator when processing the event.

To

set the checkbox, do the following:

1. Select an element in the table.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. In the Starting element drop-down list, select Yes.
4. Click the OK button

Only one element in the logic can be the starting one.

Set—the element is the starting element in the logic

Clear—the element isn't a starting element in logic

Resets the event processing.

The option works if the administrator has changed the Logic, clicked Apply, and wants to use the updated logic for events in the incident manager

Set—the event processing with the selected logic is reset, and the event can be processed again with the updated logic

Clear—the logic will change, but the started event processing operation with this logic isn't reset. The updated logic is applied only to subsequent new events
