To remove the Intellect software from  from the Start menu, do the following:

  1.  In the command prompt select the following: Start -> Programs -> Intellect and then Uninstall in the drop down list, as shown in the figureGo to Start → Programs → Intellect → Uninstall.

    As a result the The Select Action dialog box is displayedwill open.
  2. Set Select the switch to Remove action.

  3. If If you want to save Intellect settings are to be saved in the database, set the Save program settings and configuration files (recommended) checkbox.

    If the “syncsync.xml” xml file was changed, then after removing with saving of the configuration it saved, the file will not be deleted, but the next time you install install Intellect it , it will be overwritten.
    If you made changes to the ddi or dbi files installed along with Intellect software, using the ddi.exe utility, then these files will be deleted when removing Intellect even with  with configuration saved. If you created new ddi or dbi files, they will be saved.

To completely remove Intellect, you should manually delete the Intellect installation directory and all Video folders created for storing For complete deletion of Intellect software files delete the installation catalog and all the created Video folders for storing the audio and video recordings manually.

We do not recommend deleting the Intellect software installation folderdon't recommend removing the Intellect installation directory, if you need plan to re-install install Intellect software. The folder directory contains:
