This report replaces the Presence at workplace report (see |
Presence at workplace report and Configuring the Extended report on the presence at the workplace and Total report on the presence at the workplace). |
An Extended report on the presence at the workplace contains contains the information about the times when the employee left the selected region during the day, and how much time the employee spent in the selected region during within the specified period.
Report fields are described in the table.

Arrived | Date and time of an employee's arrival to a region |
Left | Date and time of an employee's leaving a region |
| Arrived-Left | Date and time of an employee's arrival and leaving |
| Time of presence | Difference between the passage and leaving time |
| Personnel number | Employee's personnel number |
| Surname | Employee's surname |
| Name | Employee's name |
| Patronymic | Employee's patronymic name |
| Post | Employee's job title |
| Category | Employee's job category |
| Course | Employee's job description |
| The Total, hour line displays the total time spent by the employee in the region for the selected time period. | |
| The Hour/Day line displays how many hours a day the employee was in the region relative to the total time spent in the region. | |
