To search faces, do the following:
Select Upload an image for search (see Loading an image for search).
Info title Note The selected uploaded image is automatically verified with all faces in the reference face database and, if there is a match, then the name of the corresponding person and its similsrity similarity degree in percent are displayed on top of the selected uploaded image.
- In From the Filter field drop-down list (1) , select the required existing face search filter . When the filter is selected, the parameters specified in steps 2-9 will be set according to the settings of this filter.
To add a new filter: - Set the search parameters described in steps 2-9. In the Filter field (1) or enter an arbitrary filter name for if the filter .is supposed to be saved.

Click the button (2) to save this filter for the future use.
Info title Note To remove a filter, select it from the list and click the button (3).
In the drop-down list, select the required type of search interval (4):Exact time - in the Period from: and to: fields specify the beginning and end of the search interval in the DD.MM.YY HH:MM:SS format (5).
Info title Note The specified time period is not saved when the filter is saved.
- Recently - in the Last: field specify the time period from the current time to the specified time (5). The following time units are available: Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months.
- Specify the gender of person displayed in search results if module of gender recognition is activated (6).
- Specify minimum and maximum age of person displyed in search results if module of age recognition is activated (7).
- From the Server: drop-down list select a face recognition servers on which search will be performed (8).
- If it's required to search faces by several servers set checkboxes close to the required Face recognition server objects (9).
To select all face recognition servers from the list click the right mouse button on the free field area and select the Select all value from the context menu.
To remove selection from all servers select the Deselect all value from the context menu. - From the Camera: drop-down list select video camera for face search (10).
- If it is required to search faces from several video cameras set checkboxes close to the required Camera objects (11).

In the Similarity level, no less than, % field (3), set the minimal similarity level between the reference face image and the captured face.
- Click the button (4) to specify the face characteristics:
- In the Camera field (1), specify the substring to filter out the cameras in the Cameras area (2).
- In the Minimum age and Maximum age fields (3) specify the minimum and maximum age of persons to be displayed in the search results, respectively.
In the area (4), set the checkboxes next to the corresponding face characteristics.
Info title Note Face characteristics (3) and (4) may not be displayed (see Configuring the advanced face characteristics).
- Click OK (5).
- In the Camera field (1), specify the substring to filter out the cameras in the Cameras area (2).
Click the button (5) to save this filter for the future use.
Set minimal similarity level (in percentage) on the selected image with captured faces on video recordings fragments (12). The search results will display only those video recordings which contain the faces with the similarity level equal or higher than the specified oneInfo title Note To remove a filter, select it from the Filter drop-down list (1) and click the button (6)

- Click the Search button (137).
As a result, the selected face will be searched.
