By default a single monitor displays all windows related to it. To set the number of surveillance windows on the monitor, buttons are used on the top left side of the monitor tools panel.

The  button is used to display a single window, the next buttons – to display 4, 6, 9 or 16 windows on the monitor The set of buttons displayed varies depending on the number of cameras attached to the monitor.

Double left clicking in the Surveillance window on any layout, except for the six layouts, allows increasing the size of the Surveillance window while some Surveillance windows will be hidden on the Video surveillance monitor. Double right clicking on the video allows returing to the original layout. When using the MaximizeCameraOnDblClk registry key (see Registry keys reference guide), double left clicking gets the Surveillance window to the single layout mode.

If GreenStream is configured (see Configuring an auto select of video stream for displaying section in Administrator's Guide), then when changing the number of Surveillance window and scaling video, streams for display can be automatically changed.

Note.

Some program settings render the tools panel inaccessible.

If the Overlay 1 mode is chosen during the system setup, then the surveillance window scaling by double-clicking is disabled, and the surveillance windows layout cannot be changed.
