You can set a priority to each type of event by which the operator can sort the events.

To do this:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the Incident manager object and select the Main tab.
  2. Add the required number of priorities to the Priority localization template table. To add a row to the table, select the last row and press the ↓ key on the keyboard. To delete rows from the table, use the Ctrl + Del key combination.
    1. The Priority column (1) is used to set the priority number.
    2. The Value column (2) is used to set the priority description. If the priority description is set, then it will be displayed in the Incident manager, otherwise the priority number will be displayed.
  3. For each type of event, set the number of the corresponding priority (see Creating and configuring the logic of event handling in the Incident manager).
  4. Click the Apply button.
