Scan a face on the Scan tab in the following way:

  1. Point the camera at a person's face in such a way that it completely fits into a white frame.
  2. Click the Search button to search for this face in the Face Intellect Server database. If the search is successful, the corresponding user card will be displayed (see Viewing a user card in the Face Checkpoint iOS client). Otherwise, the message FACE NOT RECOGNIZED will be displayed.
