To add photos to the list, do the following:
- Select a list of faces.
- Click the
button. - Select one or more photos. The following file formats are supported: jpeg, png, gif. The upload window will be displayed.
Attention!
By default, each user can upload no more than 1 GB of photos per day and no more than 30 GB per month. This limit is managed by the system administrator.
Upon reaching the limit, you'll receive a notification.
After the uploading, the photos will be added to the list.
Note
If you select the list, you can see the number of faces in it.
If the download is interrupted because of lost connection to AxxonNet or any other error, you will be offered to resume it.
Note
If the file name conforms to the <Second name>.<Name>.<Department>.<Extension> format, the Second name, Name and Department fields will be filled out automatically.
An example file name: Milner.James.IT-dept.jpg.
The format can be simplified as <Second name>.<Name>.<Extension>. In this case, the Department field will be left empty.
If the file name contains only one period, its first portion will be used as the first name of the individual.
Besides period, you can also use comma, underscore, and space as a separator.
When you click on a photo, a window will open where you can enter additional information about this person.
The photo can be searched using any information specified for a given person as a criterion.
