In Intellect, it is possible to prohibit the Operator from accessing playback of video archives from the videoserver or Backup archive using the Video surveillance monitor.

If the Operator is denied access to video archives, the button for entering the archive will not be displayed in the Video surveillance monitor window, and the functions described in this section will also be unavailable.

By default, Operators are allowed access to archive playback.
