Configuration via mobile device settings

To configure the debug information via mobile device settings, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings of your mobile device.
  2. In the DEBUG section, enable the Shake to view logs parameter to open a list of all network requests by shaking the mobile device when the app is running.
  3. Open the AxxonNet app.
  4. Shake the mobile device. This will open a screen, in which you can search for requests by keywords, configure the filtering of displayed requests, and view additional help information.
  5. Select the button to share the current logs.
  6. On the screen that opens, select the Share button.

    As a result, you can copy the log file or share it via email or social media.

Configuration via app settings

To configure the debug information via the app settings, do the following:

  1. Open the AxxonNet app.
  2. Select the gear icon.
  3. On the screen that opens, select Help & Feedback
  4. If you want to send previously collected logs, select Share Logs.
  5. If you want to delete all collected logs in the system, select Clear Logs.

Configuration of the debug information is complete. You can share the collected logs with AxxonSoft technical support specialists if there are problems with the app.
