By default, messages about system errors which have occurred are displayed in real time in the Layouts and Alarms tabs of the Axxon Next software package.

Note

The following error messages are possible:

  • no connection to IP device
  • no stream
  • no audio
  • error executing automatic rule
  • cannot go to preset (if an attempt is made to go to a preset that has been previously deleted)
  • invalid demo key (if you launch the Client outside of the licensed hours)
  • no demo key
  • license restriction violated (if the configuration contains more Servers or IP devices than is allowed by the license file)
  • allowed archive size exceeded (if the configuration contains an archive that is larger than is allowed by the license file)
  • partition error (if the archive is located on a removable disk that is no longer available)

 

To turn off display of error messages, you must perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Options → User interface (1–2).
  2. Clear the Show error messages check box (3).
  3. Click Apply to save the changes.

After you complete these actions, error messages will no longer be displayed.
