General settings of export

General settings of export consist of:

1. Export period. It is specified in the Period from and to fields.
2. Copying of the AxxonPlayer Portable to the export folder. If the Copy player checkbox is set then the Axxon_ player_portable.exe  file containing portable version of the ITV player utility will be placed with archive files. Working with this version of utility is described in The AxxonPlayer Portable Utility Installation and Operation Guide document.

3. Video image titling. If the Captions checkbox is set then the video image is exporting with titles of camera date and time. Enable titles displaying function in the Windows Media Player to view video image with titles.

   A file with captions has the.srt extension and the same name as the file with exported video; it is saved in the folder specified for storing.

   Note.

   If export without data converting is selected then titles disabling is impossible - see the Select export mode section.  
4. A comment is written in the Comment field; it is saved in the “Camera_<camera id>.txt” text file in the folder specified for storing.
5. Select folder for export using the  button close to the Folder for recording field. The Open button is designed for passing to the specified folder in the Windows guide.

Here is an example of the folder contents (see Start export) when the Captions checkbox is checked and the Comment field is filled in:

Disk space required for saving specified period of archive is automatically calculated while period changing.

If it is not enough disk space to save exported files, the Start button becomes inactive and the "It is not enough free disk space" message is displaying at the bottom of the window.
