Attention!
The EVO control panel is connected to the Axxon PSIM Server using connection adapter (converter). Operation with the following converters is guaranteed: PARADOX 307USB and PARADOX IP150. Other converters have not been tested and their correct operation in the Axxon PSIM is not guaranteed.
Note:
To configure the connection between the Axxon PSIM Server and the EVO control panel, do the following:
- Go to the Paradox FSA/ACS object's settings panel.
- From the Connection interface drop-down list, select the required interface: Direct Serial connection or Paradox SDK. If you select a Direct Serial connection, the low level protocol is used. If you select Paradox SDK, the manufacturer's SDK is used.
- In the User code field, enter the administrator code of the EVO control panel.
From the Connection type drop-down list, select the required connection type: Serial cable or IP module. If you select a Serial cable, the COM port is used. If you select an IP module, the connection is established via the IP150 module.
Attention!
The connection via the IP150 module can be established only if the Paradox SDK interaction interface is selected (see step 2).
- In the COM Port field, enter the number of the COM port used to connect the Axxon PSIM Server to the EVO control panel.
- Click the Apply button.
- If connected correctly, a structure of the following form will be built:
Connection between the Axxon PSIM Server and the EVO control panel is configured.
