Appendix 1. Configuring Regions for the ACS Readers to work with the Time and Attendance subsystem

There is a scheme with one working region.

In this case, the following settings must be made in ACFA PSIM:

1. Create two Region objects corresponding to the working zone and street. The Region objects are created on the basis of the Area object on the Programming tab of the System settings dialog box. Let's call them Street and Working zone.
   

   Note

   You can also create regions using the Access Manager module (see Creating, editing and deleting Area and Region objects).

2. Configure the readers of the used ACS by specifying the created Region objects in the Region in and Region out fields in accordance with the installation place of the configured reader: at the entrance or exit of the room (for more information on assigning a region to readers, see the manual for the integration module used: Guide for Configuring and Working with the ACFA PSIM Integration Modules).
