Share Layouts

To share a layout in the Web-Client, do the following:

  1. Select a layout.
  2. Click the button and select Edit layout.
  3. Click the button and in the Share with menu item, select one or several roles with the users of which you want to share the access to the layout.

  4. Click Save.

The shared layout has the following icon:

Only the user who created the layout can completely delete it in the Web-Client (see Editing and deleting layouts in Web-Client). If the layout was deleted by a user with whom the access to the layout was shared, the layout will be deleted only for this user.

After the deletion, the layout will become unavailable for all users. If this layout was open on the monitor of any user, after deletion, it will switch to another layout.
