You can connect, configure, and control the BAS-IP panel on the settings panel of the BAS-IP panel object that is created on the basis of the basIP head object.
Configuring the connection of the BAS-IP panel
To configure the connection of the BAS-IP panel, do the following:
- Go to the settings panel of the BAS-IP panel object.
- In the IP address field (1), enter the IP address of the BAS-IP panel.
- In the Login (2) and Password (3) fields, enter the login and password to connect to the BAS-IP panel.
- Click the Apply button (11) to save the BAS-IP panel connection settings.
Configuring the BAS-IP panel
To configure the BAS-IP panel, do the following:
- Go to the settings panel of the BAS-IP panel object.
- From the Language drop-down list (4), select the interface language of the BAS-IP panel: English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish.
- In the Door unlock time (s) field (5), specify the time in seconds during which the door will be locked for this user. The default value is 10000.
- From the Region in (6) and Region out (7) drop-down lists, select the regions located on the exit and entrance through the door, respectively.
- Click the Apply button (11) to save the BAS-IP panel configuration settings.
Configuring the control of the BAS-IP panel
To configure the control of the BAS-IP panel, do the following:
- Go to the settings panel of the BAS-IP panel object.
- Click the Request date and time button (8) to display the current date and time of the BAS-IP panel in the Event Viewer.
- Click the Set date and time button (9) to synchronize the current date and time of the BAS-IP panel with the Axxon PSIM Server.
Click the Upload cards button (10) to record all users to the BAS-IP panel.
Note
- You must work with users only via the Access Manager module (see Guide for configuring and working with the Access Manager integration module). If photos were assigned to users in the Access Manager module, they will also be recorded to the BAS-IP panel.
- You must add the BAS-IP panel object as an access point to the access level (see Creating access levels) and assign it to a user (see General information about assigning access level to a user), otherwise access won't be granted.
- Click the Apply button (11) to save the BAS-IP panel control settings.
Configuring the BAS-IP panel is complete.
