Selecting an alarm event for processing

When you click the Event Preview window, a layout selected according to the following algorithm opens on the monitor:

1. The system searches for the layouts that contain a camera that has the selected alarm event and are available for the current user.
2. The system chooses the layout with the minimum number of cells to display the selected camera.
3. If the required layout doesn't exist, the system creates a new layout with a single camera.
4. The system switches to the selected layout.
5. The camera becomes active on the selected layout. The Surveillance window is expanded by one step. It switches to the Alarm Management mode (if you selected an active alarm) or to the Archive mode (if you selected a processed or a missed alarm event).
