It includes full name, antipassback, access card expiration date, access card issue date, blocking mark, registration address, email address, external ID, document, employee number, phone number, photos, and PIN codes. It also includes additional fields: a free comment and additional fields of employee card |
| Employee ID | Parameters used for access: card, PIN code, and identifiers of the driver block—additional fields for recording specific information from the driver block |
| Employee properties | Parameters of an employee that are set in the Access Manager module: employee's department, access level, blocking mark |
| Access point | A physically existing hardware, such as a reader or door, and the corresponding object in the device tree |
| Access level | A right of a user to access through an access point (points) depending on the time zone. Access level also determines the rules of arming and disarming an access point. Access level can be common for all users from a department and separate for one, several, or all users |
| ACS in monitoring/management mode | Limited functionality of the access control system. Includes viewing access information, managing access points, and viewing the status of access points. Access information is displayed in the Event viewer. You can control access points using commands and macros on the FSA/ACS panel. The status of access points is displayed on the FSA/ACS panel |
