Creating of overtime documents is performed in the Overtime submenu of Documents menu of Work Time Accounting software module.
To create the overtime document, do the following:
- Go to the document properties bar.

- Click the New button (1).
- Enter the document name in the Name: field (2).
- Enter the letter code (or second digital code) of document in the Document code: field (3).
- Enter the unique digital code of document in the Digital code: field (4).
- If it’s needed to take into consideration the time of working in holidays or days off, set the Include holidays and days off checkbox (5).
- In the Description: field add the comment to the document (6).
- To save changes click the Save button (7).
To discard changes click the Cancel button (8). |
