The Face Intellect software operates with following operating systems:

Windows 2008 Server;
Windows Vista;
Windows 7 (x86, x64);
Windows 8 (x32, x64);
Windows 8.1 (x32, x64);
Windows Server 2012;
Windows Server 2016.

To ensure correct and stable operation of Face Intellect software package it’s necessary to turn on a swap file in the operating system (size at system option).

Face capture and recognition using the Tevian module and the VisionLabs face recognition are not supported in operating systems released until the Windows 7 and in 32-bit operating systems.
