The following terms are used throughout this document:

1. the guide – the POS-Intellect: Operator’s Guide document;
2. the system – the POS-Intellect software system;
3.  Video Surveillance Monitor / Monitor– interface window for displaying and controlling video tiles;
4. video tile – surveillance window with the receipt details superimposed over video of transactions;
5. titles DB – the titles database;
6. receipts DB- the receipts database.
