The Report by employee passes displays all interactions between the selected employee and the selected passage points. The report allows you to track the movement of the selected employee within a specified zone.
To create the Report by employee passes, do the following:
Set the Extended checkbox (1) to display the additional data in the report (phone number, access levels, card issue date).
If the User defined period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to be created in the from and to fields (5) using the Calendar tool.
Click the |
As a result the report with specified parameters is displayed.
If the Extended checkbox (1) is set, the report is displayed in the following way.
The report fields are described in the table.
Field name | Description |

Full name | Full name of the employee |
Phone number | Phone number of the employee |
Access levels | Access levels of the employee |
Card issue date | Date when the card was issued to the employee |
Passage point | Passage point through which the employee has passed |
Date | Date and time of employee passage |
The employee personnel number is displayed in the square brackets in the Full name field. |
In the report the employees are sorted by their personnel number and the passage date. |
