Configure the video parameters as follows:
Select the video playback format (1):
mjpeg — supports all codecs, the most resource-intensive format;
mp4 via ffmpeg — less resource-intensive than mjpeg, supports the H.264 and H.265 codecs;
rtsp via ffmpeg (h.264) — less resource-intensive than mjpeg, supports the H.264 and H.265 codecs, the video is transmitted via the RTSP protocol.
The playback method depends on the codec used by each camera. If you select the playback format that does not support the codec used by the camera, then it will be automatically switched to mjpeg. If you view the video from the Intellect Server, the playback format switch may take 8-9 seconds. If you view the video from the Axxon Next Server, then the playback format is switched without delay. |
Specify the RTSP port set in the Intellect settings (2, see Configuring RTSP Server module).
If Intellect 4.11 or later is in use, then there is no need to specify the RTSP port. |
Select the preferred live video stream, which will be applied by default (5): speed — low quality video stream; quality — high quality video stream.
This option is available only for the Axxon Next server connection. |
Select the resolution of live and archive video when displaying on the screen (6):
Maximum 1080p - display video with 1920 x 1080 constant resolution.
Select the video resolution in the multiview when displaying on the screen (7):
Maximum 1080p - display video with 1920 x 1080 constant resolution.
These restrictions are recommended when your mobile device has a slow Internet connection. |
Activate the Dewarp autoadjust (9) parameter for correction of non-standard image from fish-eye camera.
