The region is created in the following order:

1. Go to the Regions and areas tab.
   
2. Right-click on the area under which the region is to be created.
3. In the menu opened select the Create region item.
4. The Edit region properties dialog box opens.
   
   
5. In the Name field enter the name of the created Region object (1).
6. In the Comment field enter description  of the created region if necessary (2).
7. Click Save (3).

The region is created.
