Before start of using the REST API and launch the
Face-Intellect
software package, do the following:
Select the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ITV\INTELLECT\FRS registry section.
Specify the parameter value
RestPort
= 10000.
