To build a report, select Vehicles on parking on the main page.

To make the reporting possible, you have to configure ANPR for at least two cameras: on entry and on exit (see Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)).

By default, a report covers the current day. To change the reporting time interval, click the button and select a new interval.

Select Custom to set an arbitrary time interval. When you change the time interval, the report will be updated automatically.

To build a report, configure the filter:

  1. Select one or several cameras on entry to the target parking lot (1).

  2. Select one or several cameras on exit from the parking lot (2)

    You cannot select the same camera twice.


  3. Click the Apply filters button.

The report is generated automatically when you open it, if you set up a filter in advance (see Editing and creating new reports).

The report will include numbers of all vehicles that currently occupy the parking lot.

The report is displayed as a table and contains the following:

  1. Vehicle registration number.

  2. Still picture of the vehicle on entry.

    The frame may be not included in the report if gapping (frame-dropping) is used for archive recording.


  3. Date and time of entry.
  4. Camera name.
  5. Duration of parking (until the moment the report is built).

To return to report type selection, click the  button.
