If detection tools use GPU for video decoding (see Configuring detection tools), make sure the following hardware requirements are met:
For NVIDIA GPUs:
- CUDA 11.1−11.4.
- Support for the required codec in NVDEC (see here).
Compute Capability 3.5−8.6.
- CUDA is compatible with generations of computers with the following architectures: Kepler (partially), Maxwell, Pascal, Volta, Turing, Ampere (partially) (see CUDA).
- You can check Compute Capability GPU version on the manufacturer's website.
- When using NVIDIA GPUs, it is recommended to install the latest driver from the official website.
- Video can be decoded on two NVIDIA GPUs at a time.

For the integrated Intel GPUs:
6th generation CPU or higher.
Support for the required codec in Quick Sync Video.
