To connect multi-channel devices (e.g. DVRs)  over RTSP, do as follows:

1. Go to IP Device Discovery Wizard and open the manual addition field (see Adding and removing IP devices).

2. Select RTSP in the Vendor field (1).

   Following  the IP address, add the"; " symbol. Otherwise some channels may fail.

   
   

3. In Model, select the model name, that shows the corresponding number of device  channels (2). For example, for a four-channel device, select 4_channel_device.
4. In IP address, enter the device address (3).
5. Enter the user name and password (4).
6. Click .

A parent  IP server object will be created hosting a number of video cameras objects equal to the number of channels on the device.

To configure channels, do as follows:

1. Select a child Camera object.
2. In RTSP Stream URL, enter the streaming address.
3. Repeat the steps for all channels.
