For Axxon One to work corectly, the operating system needs to be up to date—the latest updates must be downloaded and installed.
Only 64-bit versions of operating system are supported.

Windows 11 ⁴: Home, Pro, Education, Pro Education, Pro for Workstations, Enterprise;
Windows 10: Pro, Enterprise, Education, Home Edition;
Windows 10 IoT ³: Enterprise, Enterprise LTSB 2016, Enterprise LTSC 2019.

Debian: 12, 11, 10, 9 ⁵;
Ubuntu: 22, 20, 19, 18.
Server in Docker container (see the current list of supported distributions);
Client as Flatpak ⁶ (supported starting with Axxon One 2.0.10, see the current list of supported distributions).

²—there are restrictions, posed by OS edition (2 physical processors)—see http://www.microsoft.com.

³—Core edition is not supported.

⁴—Full Installation type is supported. Server Core Installation type is not supported (see Possible errors during operation).

^6—Hardware decoding on NVIDIA isn’t supported.
