For maximum measurement accuracy, the following conditions must be met:
- Before checking the temperature, a person must normalize their body temperature. To do this, a person must avoid exposure to direct sunlight, incoming air flow from the street or air conditioning, and exclude any other factors that can cause momentary changes in body temperature.
- The measurement area must contain only one person.
- A person must be without a medical mask, glasses, or headgear in the measurement area.
- In the measurement area, a person must stay at a distance of 1-2 metres from the camera for at least three seconds without moving, while looking into the camera lens.
