Web-Client operates correctly with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers.
- Web-Client doesn't use third-party technologies in its operation, so it can operate in other browsers, but we cannot guarantee its stable operation.
- Internet Explorer browser isn't supported.

Web-Client supports video playback in MJPEG, H.264, H.265 formats. All other formats are transcoded to MJPEG on the server.
- Playback of video in H.265 format is possible in Safari, Microsoft Edge browsers with the HEVC video extension installed, Google Chrome version 107 and higher if:
- hardware acceleration is enabled in the browser settings;
- video card has hardware support for H.265 codec.
- H.265 format isn't supported in Linux OS.

Two players can playback video in Web-Client: JPEG and MP4. If the browser supports MP4, this player is used. In all other cases, the JPEG player is used.
- If a layout with multiple cameras is open on the screen, only key frames are displayed for all H.264 cameras depending on the preferences (see Web-Client configuration). If you select a specific camera, all frames are always displayed. For MJPEG videos, every frame is always displayed.
- Videos that contain b-frames are played back with jerks.
