All widgets have some common parameters.

Configure common widget parameters as follows:

1. Select the type of widget (1).
   
2. Enter the widget name (2).
3. If necessary, enter the widget description, which will be displayed under the widget name (3).

4. If necessary, enable the ignore common filter option (4).

   By default, you can set a common filter by the selected criterion for all created dashboard widgets.

   

5. If necessary, select one or more widgets on which this widget will depend (Depend on, 5). When you select any value on the widget (chart point, table field), the data on all related widgets will be updated according to this filter.
6. By default, a request to the Server is formed using visual settings. If necessary, you can switch to JSON request input. To do this, click Code (6).
7. Configure data for the widget:
   1. Select the type of events for the widget (7).
   2. Select one or more fields to be used in the widget (8).
8. If necessary, configure data filtering (9):
   1. Click the Filter button.
      
      
   2. Select the field for the filter.

   3. Select the value of the selected field:

      1. Select the required operation.

         

         In this case, the widget will display only the data, the value of which:

         Possible operation	Description
         ==	Is equal to the selected one
         !=	Is not equal to the selected one
         In the list	Corresponds to the values selected from the list. In this case, multiple values can be selected
         Not in the list	Does not correspond to the values selected from the list. In this case, multiple values can be selected
         Contains	Contains the value specified in the field
         Does not contain	Does not contain the value specified in the field

         
         

         Possible operations depend on the selected field.

         
         

      2. Select the value of the field.

      3. Click OK.
         The filter is added. 
         

         You can create several filters. To remove the filter, click the button.

         
         

9. Select the time period the data from which should be in the widget (10).
10. If necessary, configure the data sorting (11).
11. Save the changes.

Common widget parameters аre now configured.
