New Features and Enhancements

• Changed the option for the shedule of orientation for External database: added the default interval setting between start and end points of the orientation. 

Improvements

1. Added to the the Event search in the Recognizer's DBs window model and vendor search.  
2. Improved the Plates protocol view.

Bug Fixes

1. Updated Computer Vision SDK. Old neural networks will not work on this SDK, they have to be reconverted. 
2. Solved a problem with the joint operation RoadAR fast with RoadAR slow modules.
3. Updated Seenaptec SDK, solved a problem with the incorrect region recognition by using Seenaptec module. 
4. Solved a Tracing problem due to which after updating Windows packages KB5017262.
