For the face comparison to work correctly, the images added to a face list should meet the following requirements:

1. The image should be in the JPG, PNG or GIF format.
2. The size of the attached image should not exceed 4 MB.
3. The image of a person should be face forward and have HD resolution (1280×720 pixels) or FullHD (1920×1080 pixels).
4. The image should be clear, not blurred, with even lighting, not overexposed.
5. The distance between a person's eyes should be at least 60 pixels.
6. A person should take most of the image, so that the head and the shoulders are visible (half body images aren't recommended).

Before adding images to the list, set the name of the file in the following formats: <Name>.<Surname>.<Department>.<Format>. or <Name>.<Surname>.<Format>.

The following characters can be used as a delimiter:

• period;
• comma;
• underscore;
• space.

Example of filling out the fields by the file name:

• ANDREW.BROWN.DEVELOPMENT_DEPARTMENT.jpg. → Name—Andrew, Surname—Brown, Department—Development department.
• andrew.brown.jpg. → Name—Andrew, Surname—Brown.
• Brown.png. → Name—Brown.

If you follow the recommendation, the Name, Surname and Department fields will be filled in automatically.

To add photos to the list, do the following:

1. Select a face list.
   
2. Click the button (2).
3. Select one or more photos. The upload window will be displayed.
   

After the uploading, the photos will be added to the list. When you select a list, the current number of face in the list will be displayed.

When you click on a photo, a window will open where you can enter additional information.

The photo can be searched using any information specified for a given person.
